Terms and Conditions of the Exclusively BE Privileges Program

A Simple and Advantageous Membership

Enrollment in the program can be done online or directly at the hotel.
Each member has a unique and personal account, giving access to exclusive privileges throughout the year.

Accumulation of BE Points

Each eligible stay booked directly with Le Bonne Entente or Entourage sur-le-Lac, at the preferential rate, allows members to accumulate BE points, which can be redeemed for selected nights and experiences.

Reservations made through the hotel’s website, by phone, or in person are eligible. Reservations made through third-party partners, online travel agencies, or under negotiated group rates may not be eligible for point accumulation or any other program privileges.

Package stays and promotional rates are not eligible for point accumulation.

The number of points awarded varies according to the member’s level: Silver, Gold, or Platinum.

If a member books more than one room during a stay, only the amount of the room they occupy will be considered for point accumulation.

Le Bonne Entente reserves the right to refuse the redemption of BE points for a stay if the hotel’s occupancy rate exceeds 85%. In addition, the hotel may refuse the use of BE points at the MC Lounge restaurant during special occasions.

Use of Points

BE points may be used to enhance future stays, in the form of nights or experiences offered by the program at the time of redemption.
They have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or converted into cash.

Exclusive Corporate Privileges

As an Exclusively BE corporate member, you benefit from preferential rates and advantages designed to maximize comfort and productivity.

Depending on the member level, privileges may include:

  • Exclusive corporate rates
  • Breakfast included
  • Access to lounges such as the Living Rouge and the Colonel

These privileges are subject to availability and are granted only when the member books directly with the hotel at the Exclusively BE preferential rate (not valid with promotional rates or packages).

Exclusively BE Corporate Rates

Preferential rates apply to single occupancy rooms and offer excellent value for regular business stays.
Starting at the Bronze level:

  • Standard Room: $189
  • Superior Room: $219
    (Supplement of $25 for the Sens room and certain suites)
  • Deluxe Room: $275 including access to the VIP lounge*
  • Deluxe Suite: $315 including access to the VIP lounge*

These rates are available year-round for Gold and Platinum members, subject to availability. They are non-commissionable and not applicable to group bookings.

Double occupancy supplement:

  • Standard and Superior Rooms: $20 / night
  • Deluxe Rooms and Suites: $65 / night

Inclusions for Deluxe Rooms and Suites:

  • Welcome with Laurent-Perrier champagne
  • Access to the VIP lounge, Living Rouge, with a 5 to 7 offering canapés and beverages, as well as evening bubbles and sweet treats

* Subject to availability at Entourage sur-le-Lac

Supplements During Peak Periods

For Bronze and Silver members, certain supplements may apply:

  • Fridays during the summer season
  • All Saturdays throughout the year

Applicable supplements:

  • Standard Room: +$20
  • Superior Room: +$30
  • Deluxe Room: +$80
  • Deluxe Suite: +$100

Points Validity

BE points remain valid as long as at least one eligible stay is completed within a consecutive 24-month period.

Privilege – Tickets to Shows at Salle Albert-Rousseau

Certain members may benefit from an exclusive privilege related to shows presented at Salle Albert-Rousseau.

According to the member level:

  • Gold Level: 2 pairs of tickets per year, per member
  • Platinum Level: 3 pairs of tickets per year, per member

This privilege is subject to ticket availability and applies to shows selected by the hotel. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value, and must be used within the current year.

Hôtel Le Bonne Entente reserves the right to modify the program at any time in order to better meet the expectations of its corporate clientele, including conditions, privileges, and point accumulation structures.
